▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene involves using plate-shaped material exfoliating apparatus having an inlet (10), an outlet (13), and a micro channel (12) for connecting the inlet and outlet, feeding a solution containing graphite to the inlet, applying pressure to the inlet and passing the solution through the micro channel, and collecting graphene dispersion from the outlet. The pressure applied to the inlet is 100-3000 bar. The average shear force within the micro channel is 102-108/second. USE - Manufacture of graphene. Uses include but are not limited to conductive paste composition, conductive ink composition, composition for forming heat dissipation substrate, electroconductive composite, thermoconductive composite, and conductive material for battery. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively provides graphene having large and uniform size, with high production efficiency.
