NOVELTY - Manufacture of high mass charge electrode involves (i) contacting two electrodes (an anode, a cathode) physically and electrically with the two current collectors (1A), (ii) contacting a cathode with a current collector (c1), (iii) contacting the current collector (c2) with the separator, (iv) preparing a mixture (A) containing an electrolyte (1B)by mixing a metal salt with a solvent, (v) mixing the mixture (A)with an active material to obtain a paste, (vi) adding a binder in step (i) or (ii) and forming the electrode with a predetermined thickness. USE - Manufacture of high mass charge electrode for high-energy density battery (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to automobiles, aeronautics, space, portable tools, robots, sensory sensors, pressure/deformation sensors, double-layer electric transistors, flexible screens and flexible actuators. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the surface charge of the electrodes, and energy densities and safety of the batteries.
