▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The flexible film has a LIG layer and a flexible polymer layer laminated in thickness direction. The flexible film is paper-cut structure. The paper-cut structure is an array structure composed of a straight line, an array structure composed of spiral blades or an array structure formed by circular arc. USE - Flexible film capable of large scale deformation. ADVANTAGE - The flexible polymer layer has good biocompatibility, stretchability and adhesive ability, and the LIG layer provides a conductive path. The paper-cut structure makes the flexible film to meet the requirements of extensibility in different scales and structural directions.
