▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of a graphene situ-modified acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin comprises polymerizing mixture of emulsifier, polybutadiene rubber, initiator, and additives at 50-70 degrees C to obtain latex; at 30-90 degrees C, placing emulsifier, initiator, latex, styrene, and acrylonitrile monomer in a reactor, and carrying out graft-polymerizing, condensing, and drying to obtain ABS pellets; carrying out bulk polymerization or suspension polymerization for preparing styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN) pellets; and uniformly mixing ABS and SAN pellets at 200-250 degrees C, extruding, and granulating. USE - Method for the preparation of a graphene situ-modified acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy.
