NOVELTY - A lithium ion secondary battery comprises a positive electrode layer (14) containing a positive electrode collector layer (15), a negative electrode layer containing a negative electrode collector layer (11, 11a, 11b), and a graphene layer (12) on the negative electrode collector layer and the positive electrode collector layer. A solid electrolyte layer (13) is between the positive electrode layer and negative electrode layer. The electrolyte layer contains high molecular compound holding electrolyte solution. USE - A lithium ion secondary battery used for vehicles, integrated circuit card, and a radio frequency tag. ADVANTAGE - The lithium ion secondary battery has improved durability with respect to charging and discharging.
