▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A fluorinated graphene-polyimide composite powder coating comprises 100-110 pts. wt. polyimide, 10-14 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. potassium persulfate, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium nitrate, 0.1-0.4 pt. wt. potassium permanganate, 4-6 pts. wt. sebacic acid, 0.5-1 pt. wt. phosphorus pentoxide, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. 2,4-dimethylaminopyridine and 6-10 pts. wt. tributyl citrate. USE - Fluorinated graphene-polyimide composite powder coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The powder coating contains fluorinated graphene with excellent dispersibility due to the addition of sebacic acid. The formation of structure comprising polyimide molecular chain interrupted with oxygen and fluorinated graphene sheet layer, enhances the interface action between the graphene and polyimide, thus improving the dispersibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the powder coating.
