NOVELTY - Graphene coating composition comprises graphene oxide modified with acrylate, oligomer, monomer, and a photoinitiator. USE - The graphene coating composition is useful in a coating layer of a graphene coating steel plate, where the graphene coating steel plate is a galvanized steel sheet, a hot rolled steel sheet, a cold rolled steel sheet, an aluminum alloy plate containing silicone, copper, magnesium, iron, manganese, titanium, and/or zinc, a plated steel sheet containing cobalt, molybdenum, tungsten, nickel, titanium, aluminum, manganese, the iron magnesium, tin, and/or copper, an aluminum coated steel sheet, a phosphate galvanized steel plate, zinc electroplated steel, or graphene-coated steel sheet (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition improves workability, lubrication, corrosion resistance, conductivity, glossiness, transparency and scratch resistance of the graphene coating steel plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparing the graphene coating composition, comprising preparing the graphene oxide modified with acrylate, and then mixing with the oligomer, the monomer and the photoinitiator; and (2) a graphene coating steel plate, including a steel substrate, and a coating layer made of the coating composition and formed in the steel substrate.
