NOVELTY - Producing urea for vehicles involves passing ammonia and carbon dioxide into the synthesis tower, adding graphene-supported nitrogen atom catalyst, controlling the temperature at 180-200°C, and the pressure at 13.8-24.6 megapascals, and reacting for 25-40 minutes. The synthetic product is depressurized to atmospheric pressure, cooled down to room temperature, and gas and liquid are separated to obtain urine. The urine is evaporated and concentrated, spray-dried, and sent to a granulation tower for granulation to obtain urea for vehicles. USE - Method for producing urea for vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce solid urea with low content of by-products and higher purity by controlling the reaction conditions under the action of a catalyst.
