USE - Method for measuring fatty acid in black fungus. ADVANTAGE - The method enables measuring fatty acid in black fungus with better effect of purifying the black fungus substrate and obtaining the content of the fatty acid by further detecting whether the impurity with interference to the detection result in the black fungus is removed.
