▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The insulating pipe has a moisture-proof layer which is comprised of a waterproof cold adhesive layer (3), an aluminum foil rubber band layer (4) and a graphene-proof coating (5). The water-proof adhesive layer is directly coated on outer surface of a working steel pipe (1). The aluminum foil rubber band layer is wound on outer surface of a calcium silicate tile block (2). The graphene-proof coating is coated on outer surface of the aluminum foil rubber band layer. An anti-corrosion coating layer (7) is coated on outer surface of an iron layer (6). USE - Moisture-proof device-equipped tile prefabricated insulating pipe such as domestic water heating pipeline and water supply pipeline installed in underground. ADVANTAGE - The moisture-proof property of the insulating pipe is effectively improved, and the flexibility and strong corrosion resistance performance are ensured. The service life of the moisture-proof coating is improved, thus the service life of the high-temperature pipeline is prolonged effectively. The graphene-proof coating ensures strong flexibility, and strong anti-aging ability.
