NOVELTY - Waterproof and thermal insulation middle coating includes 35-50 pts. wt. of acrylic emulsion, 8-10 pts. wt. of titanium dioxide, 10-15 pts. wt. of thermal insulation filler, 8-12 pts. wt. of polyethylene glycol modified by graphene oxide, 6-8 pts. wt. of hydrophobic agent, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. of dispersant, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. of defoamer, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. of thickener, 2.0-2.5 pts. wt. of film-forming aids and 20-25 pts. wt. of deionized water. USE - Waterproof and thermal insulation middle coating for external walls. ADVANTAGE - The waterproof and thermal insulation middle coating has the advantages of better heat insulation, and the preparation method of the present application is simple to operate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of external wall waterproof and thermal insulation intermediate paint, which involves: (A) mixing deionized water, dispersant, hydrophobic agent, and half of the defoamer to obtain a dispersion; (B) adding titanium dioxide, thermal insulation filler and modified polyethylene glycol to the dispersion, and stirring at 300-400 revolutions/minute for 10-20 minutes; (C) adding the acrylic emulsion, the film-forming aid, and the balance of the defoamer in sequence and stirring uniformly to obtain a mixed liquid; and (D) adding the thickener to the mixed liquid, adjust the viscosity, and getting the waterproof and thermal insulation middle paint.
