▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - High hardness ceramic cutting head comprises 30-45 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 15-25 pts. wt. titanium carbonitride, 12-18 pts. wt. tungsten carbide, 3-5 pts. wt. molybdenum carbide, 4-8 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 5-7 pts. wt. boron nitride, 3-5 pts. wt. silicon nitride and 1-3 pts. wt. pretreated graphene powder. The graphene and 2-chloro-4,6-dimethoxy-1,3,5-triazine are mixed in mass ratio of 1:(0.02-0.05). The reaction mixture is placed in 20-35 wt.% ethanol solution and dispersed ultrasonically for 30-50 minutes and dried in microwave oven to obtain pretreated graphene powder. USE - High hardness ceramic cutting head. ADVANTAGE - The high hardness ceramic cutting head is not easy to crack and hard, has high wear resistance, high toughness and long service life, and greatly improves the practicability of ceramic tool. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high hardness ceramic cutting head, which involves: (A) mixing raw materials and pretreating with 8-16 wt.% of anhydrous ethanol; (B) adding reaction mixture into planetary mill and grinding 1-4 hours; (C) adding pretreated graphene powder and 5-7 wt.% silane coupling agent with into milling and treating for 60-80 minutes to obtain mud; (D) spraying granulating mud at 35-45 megaPascal for 25-45 minutes to obtain molding material; (E) pressing molding material at high temperature and sintering at 1620-1680 degrees C for 60-80 minutes; (F) cooling to room temperature at 12-18 degrees C per minute; and (G) standing for 12-20 minutes, and tempering at 680-720 degrees C for 25-35 minutes, and cooling to room temperature to obtain desired product.
