NOVELTY - Preparing graphene fiber comprises forming multiple graphene fibers in graphene thermal conductive film slotting. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, the prepared graphene fibers have high orientation, the graphene fibers in the obtained thermal conductive gasket not only have good bonding properties, when pressed and rebounded, it can keep pace with the polymer, and can withstand high compression rates without cracking. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: graphene fiber, preferably the thickness of the graphene fiber is 1-200 microns, preferably the thickness of the graphene fiber is 10-50 microns, or/and the graphene fiber density is 1-2.2 g/cm3, preferably 1.5-2.2 g/cm3; preparing the graphene fiber-reinforced thermally conductive gasket, comprising using the above preparation method to prepare rows of graphene fibers, using high molecular polymers to bond the rows of graphene fibers into blocks, curing and forming to obtain a thermally conductive block, cutting the heat-conducting block to obtain a graphene fiber-reinforced heat-conducting gasket, preferably cutting along a direction of 45-135°, preferably 90° with respect to the longitudinal direction; and graphene fiber-reinforced thermally conductive gasket, comprising graphene fiber and high analysis polymer, and graphene fiber is longitudinally arranged, preferably the content of the graphene fibers is 15-70 wt.%, preferably 30-60 wt.%.
