▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Suspension of graphene particles is produced by: (a) depositing carbon by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) on a substrate, where graphene particles form on the substrate and partially coat graphene particles; (b) interrupting the deposition of carbon on the substrate before the surface of the substrate coated by graphene exceeds 85% of the total surface of the substrate; (c) immersing the substrate in a liquid; and (d) separating the graphene particles from the substrate, such that they remain in suspension in the liquid. USE - The method is useful for producing suspension of graphene particles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The suspension of graphene particles is a transparent material with high electrical conductivity, high thermal conductivity, and high mechanical strength (about 200 times that of steel). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for suspension of graphene particles, where greater than or equal to 50%, preferably greater than or equal to 70% of the graphene particles is monolayer.
