NOVELTY - Grading method of purified graphene involves placing crystals in medium long cylindrical beaker, adding water and heating, adding graphene materials, mixing the material with graphene crystal medium, centrifugally separating, rapidly cooling, forming mixture of graphene and crystallization medium, preparing saturated solution and graphene suspension into a beaker, feezing container in the freezer, cooling at rate of rc/hour, curing, crystallizing lead in the crystallization medium, solidifying, obtaining graphene suspension and purifying obtained suspension. USE - Grading method of purified graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently enables grading method of purified graphene having high purity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Grading method of purified graphene involves placing crystals in the medium long cylindrical beaker, adding water and heating at 70-100 degrees C to completely dissolve the crystalline medium, adding graphene materials, mixing the material with graphene crystal medium for 30 minutes, placing beaker in a long cylindrical centrifugal separator at speed of 5000 rpm, centrifugally separating at 70-100 degrees C for 30 minutes, rapidly cooling at 25 degrees C, crystallizing partially crystalline medium, forming mixture of graphene and crystallization medium, preparing saturated solution and graphene suspension into a beaker, feezing container in the freezer, cooling at rate of rc/hour, curing, crystallizing lead in the crystallization medium, solidifying, flaoting graphene in the crystal face, filtering off crystal, diluting with water and pouring into a separate beaker, mixing evenly and then freezing, heating at 100 degrees C in vacuum to evaporate the water, obtaining small area graphene monolayer material, preparing mixture in graphene, removing obtained crystalline medium, providing graphene crystalline mixture in the medium cylindrical beaker, dissolving in water, obtaining graphene suspension and purifying obtained suspension. The mass ratio of graphene materials, crystallization medium and water is 1:10-20:5-15.
