NOVELTY - A silver-plated graphene carbon tubes composite resin high conductive coating comprises 5-15 pts. wt. silver-plated graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. carbon tubes, 20-60 pts. wt. vinyl ester resin, 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. mixture of resin paint curing agent and resin paint and 20-60 pts. wt. diluent. The mass ratio of resin paint catalyst and resin paint curing agent is (2-4):1. USE - Silver-plated graphene carbon tubes composite resin high conductive coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The silver-plated graphene carbon tubes composite resin high conductive coating ensures high conductivity and improved corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of silver-plated graphene carbon tubes composite resin high conductive coating, which involves (1) ultrasonically dispersing 1 g graphene in 1 l aqueous solution of 0.2-1 mol/l strong alkali and heating at 80-100 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, washing with water, filtering, degreasing and obtaining coarse graphene, (2) dispersing resulting graphene in 1 l of sensitizing solution, heating at 20-55 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, the sensitizing solution comprises 20-30 g/l tin chloride, 4-7 g/l sodium stannate and 50-150 mg/l hydrochloric acid in deionized water, (3) heating 0.5-1.5 g activator palladium chloride at 45 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, (4) filtering, dispersing the filtrate containing graphene into 0.1-0.3 mol/l reducing solution for 5-15 minutes, (5) filtering, dripping 500-1000 ml silver ammonia solution, stirring for 5-15 minutes, aqueous ammonia content in silver ammonia solution is 15-30 percent, the concentration of silver nitrate is 3-25 g/l, the pH is 10-11, (6) maintaining the solution at 25-30 degrees C, until graphene is evenly coated with layer of bright silver layer, the ratio of graphene and silver layer is 1:(1-5) and filtering.
