▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing composite material comprises adding graphene oxide to copper sulfate solution and then treating to obtain a mixed solution, adding sodium hydroxide and hydrazine hydrate solution and then stirring and heating, cooling the heated mixture and then filtering and washing, drying the washed product in a vacuum to obtain a graphene/copper composite material, dissolving aniline in hydrochloric acid solution, adding graphene/copper composite material and then treating, dropping ammonium persulfate solution and then stirring, and filtering the product and then washing and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite material (claimed), useful for electrode material of super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method simply provides the composite material with specific capacity (577.92 F/g) and high specific surface area in an economical manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing composite material comprises (a) adding 5-15 ml of graphene oxide to copper sulfate solution with a concentration of 0.05mole/l and then ultrasonically treating for 30-40 minutes to obtain a mixed solution, adding 25 ml of sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 2 mole/l and 25 ml of hydrazine hydrate solution with a concentration of 3 mole/l and then stirring at a speed of 300 revolutions per minute (rpm) and heating at 70 degrees C, cooling the heated mixture at room temperature and then filtering and washing the product, drying the washed product in a vacuum at normal temperature for 24 hours to obtain a graphene/copper composite material, and (b) dissolving 1 g of aniline in 15 ml of hydrochloric acid solution (1.5 mole/l), adding 0.1 g of graphene/copper composite material and then ultrasonically treating for 30-40 minutes, dropping 10 ml of ammonium persulfate solution (1 mole/l) and then stirring at 0 degrees C for 3 hours and a speed of 200 rpm, filtering the product and then washing, and drying the washed mixture at 50 degrees C for 6 hours.
