NOVELTY - Antibacterial composition is antibacterial material prepared by loading antibacterial plant extract on the pores of modified porous graphene as a carrier, where the modified porous graphene has interpenetrating pore structure. The composition comprises 20-80 %mass modified porous graphene and 20-80 %mass antibacterial plant extract. USE - The antibacterial composition is useful in sanitary material, preferably polyethylene ventilating films, polyethylene cast film, hot air non-woven fabrics, hot rolled non-woven fabric, spunbonded non-woven fabric and chemically bonded non-woven fabrics (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the antibacterial composition, which involves (a) weighing modified porous graphene, organic rare earth salts, antibacterial plant extracts, and surfactants, (b) adding the surfactant to the deionized water, evenly stirring, adding the antibacterial plant extract and/or organic rare earth salt and heating the mixture at 60-90 degrees C while stirring for 5-25 minutes to obtain a mixed solution, (c) adding the modified porous graphene to the mixed solution obtained in step (b), ultrasonically dispersing for 2-24 hours to obtain a suspension containing modified porous graphene and (d) freezing and vacuum drying the suspension.
