NOVELTY - Nylon/graphene composite material comprises 50-85 pts. wt. nylon resin, 10-30 pts. wt. graphite powder, 5-18 pts. wt. modified PTFE, 1-6 pts. wt. glass fiber, 2-10 pts. wt. brucite fiber, 2-5 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 1-5 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-3 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 2-6 pts. wt. polystyrene particles, 1-8 pts. wt. lead nitrate, 3-7 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and 0.5-1 pt. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - Nylon/graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The nylon/graphene composite material has simple preparation and improved thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nylon/graphene composite material comprising taking nylon resin and graphite powder, grinding mixing, adding modified PTFE, epoxy resin, silane coupling agent and auxiliary agent, uniformly mixing in a mixer, putting in baking box, drying at 60 degrees C for 8 hours, obtaining mixture A, taking glass fiber, brucite fiber, polyethylene terephthalate, acrylic resin, polystyrene particles and lead nitrate, uniformly mixing in a mixer, putting in drying box, drying at 60 degrees C for 8 hours, obtaining mixture B, adding mixture A in double screw extruder feeding port, adding mixture B in middle feeding port, controlling extruder four zones temperature at 200-250 degrees C, melting, extruding, cooling and granulating to obtain the nylon/graphene composite material.
