NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene antibacterial masterbatch comprises first powder preparation by adding graphene oxide with water, stirring to obtain oxidized graphene suspension, adding water-soluble polyquaternium salt to obtain first suspension, ultrasonic vibrating, cleaning, filtering and drying; second powder preparation by adding first powder in polar solvent dissolved with nylon 6, stirring, ultrasonic vibrating, cleaning, filtering and drying; and mixing second powder and nylon 6, stirring, melting and granulating to obtain nylon 6-polyquaternary ammonium salt-graphene oxide masterbatch. USE - Method for preparing graphene antibacterial masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch has good synergistic antibacterial property and enhanced physical and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene antibacterial masterbatch comprises first powder preparation by adding graphene oxide with water, stirring uniformly to obtain oxidized graphene suspension at pH 8-9, adding water-soluble polyquaternium salt to obtain first suspension, ultrasonic vibrating, cleaning, filtering and drying; second powder preparation by adding first powder in polar solvent dissolved with nylon 6, stirring uniformly, ultrasonic vibrating, cleaning, filtering and drying; and mixing second powder and nylon 6, stirring uniformly to obtain first mixture, melting at 250-270 degrees C and granulating to obtain nylon 6-polyquaternary ammonium salt-graphene oxide masterbatch. The mass ratio of second powder to nylon 6 is 1:3-5.
