ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving high density graphene multilayer composite heat conducting film high heat conducting performance. The method enables customizing process according to requirement after laminating different sheets, satisfying different application requirements and different thickness specifications by thermal reduction treatment and rolling process, reducing need for adhesive, realizing better interlayer combination and acheiving high heat-conducting performance.
