NOVELTY - The method involves laminating multiple graphene oxide film. Heat reduction treatment is performed to obtain a laminated graphene oxide heat conducting film. A metal plate is utilized to clamp and fix upper and lower surfaces of the laminated graphene oxide heat conductive film. A hydraulic machine is placed. Rolling treatment is performed in a vacuum state to obtain a high density graphene oxide multi-layer complex heat conductivity film. USE - Method for manufacturing a high density graphene multilayer composite heat conducting film of an electronic product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving high density graphene multilayer composite heat conducting film high heat conducting performance. The method enables customizing process according to requirement after laminating different sheets, satisfying different application requirements and different thickness specifications by thermal reduction treatment and rolling process, reducing need for adhesive, realizing better interlayer combination and acheiving high heat-conducting performance.
