NOVELTY - Nylon composition material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. nylon, 10-20 parts of silicone modified polyester acrylate, 5-10 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. modified graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.6-1.8 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. lubricant and 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. antioxidant, where the modified graphene is graphene, pimelic acid and sodium metaaluminate. USE - Used as nylon composition material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high temperature-resistant and high thermal conductivity has excellent mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included preparing the nylon composition material, comprising (i) adding 60-80 pts. wt. nylon, 10-20 parts of silicone modified polyester acrylate, 5-10 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. modified graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.6-1.8 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. lubricant and 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. antioxidant; (ii) mixing nylon, toughening agent, magnesium oxide and modified graphene uniformly, and then adding to a twin-screw extruder, extruding and granulating at 250-270 degrees C to obtain a thermally conductive nylon master batch; (iii) drying the thermally conductive nylon masterbatch of step (ii), and then mixing and stirring with the silicone modified polyester acrylate, the compatibilizer, the antioxidant and the lubricant to obtain a mixture; and (iv) adding the mixture to a twin-screw extruder and subjecting to extrusion granulation at 260-280 degrees C.
