NOVELTY - The generator has a first electrode (3) and second electrode (4) that is located in a semiconductor substrate (1). Each electrode is separated with an insulation layer (2), and a graphite sheet (5) is place in the upper portion of the substrate. The first electrode, second electrode and semiconductor substrate are located between two of all contact electrode. The first and the second electrode are used as a metal electrode. The first electrode has a power function that is greater than 4.6eV and second electrode has a power function lesser than 4.6eV. USE - Multi functional generator based on graphene/semiconductor heterojunction used for graphene nano power generation. ADVANTAGE - The generator has a simple structure. The compatibility of the generator is enhanced. The power generation device has better applicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a manufacturing method of multifunctional generator.
