▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-coated metal particle comprises (i) mixing carbon source and metal salt at the mass ratio of 1:(0.5-3), using grinding or ball milling method to mix uniformly, then placing in 200-900℃ of high temperature furnace for heat treatment for 30-240 minutes to obtain the metal particle-carbon material, which is carbon-based material grown on the carbon-coated metal micron or nano particles; and (ii) placing the metal particles-carbon material in the quartz tube, blocking the two ends by copper wire or carbon cloth and placing in the reaction chamber for processing, connecting two ends of the reactant with the power supply, and vacuum in the reaction chamber at 30-220V voltage, discharging the sample at 50-1000ms, obtaining the metal particle material coated with graphene. The carbon source is glucose, sucrose, polymer, and/or the metal salt is basic copper carbonate, copper acetate, and basic nickel carbonate. USE - The graphene coated metal particles are useful in electronic appliance and national defense industry field. ADVANTAGE - The method: uses metal salt and carbon source, which are low in cost and can be mass-produced; adjusts the content of metal salt, carbon source and metal ratio; obtains the product of different metal ratio i.e. suitable for different scenes with chemical vapor deposition ratio, short time consumption; generates joule heat when discharging is directly acted on the reactant energy utilization rate, when discharging, when temperature is high during discharge, the high-quality metal particles-graphene can be obtained. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene coated metal particles, obtained by the above preparation method.
