NOVELTY - Provided is a device for producing graphene, which proceeds with a process on a mixed slurry. The mixed slurry includes a graphite and a surfactant. The device includes a receiving tank, a pressurizing unit and a nozzle. The receiving tank receives the mixed slurry. The pressurizing unit is in communication with the receiving tank for providing a pushing force to the receiving tank so as to perform a pressurizing stroke on the mixed slurry. The nozzle is connected to and communicated with the receiving tank for discharging the mixed slurry that has been performed with the pressurizing stroke out of the receiving tank at a high speed, wherein the pushing force is between 500 Mpa and 1000 Mpa. Thus, the pressurizing stroke applies pressurization to the graphite in the receiving tank for enabling the graphite to be rubbed with each other, such that a portion of the graphite forms a first portion of graphene and, when passing through the nozzle, the other portion of the graphite is separated by a shear force to form a second portion of graphene.
