NOVELTY - Wear-resistant and bacteriostatic shoe material comprises 5-10 pts. wt. styrene-ethylene butylene polymer, 45-70 pts. wt. chlorinated butyl rubber, 2-5 pts. wt. calcium sulfate crystal whisker, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-10 pts. wt. nano silicon nitride, 0.5-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 3-5 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, 12-16 pts. wt. carbon black, 0.5-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 2-10 pts. wt. anion additive, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 0.4-2.5 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator and 1-2 pts. wt. sulfur. USE - Used as wear-resistant and bacteriostatic shoe material. ADVANTAGE - The shoe material has large surface hardness and self-lubricating property, improved wear resistance, antibacterial effects, and the synergistic effects and abrasion volume is 30 mm3. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing wear-resistant and bacteriostatic shoe material, comprising (i) mixing the nano silicon nitride with coupling agent and acetone and performing modification treatment to obtain modified nano silicon nitride; (ii) mixing the modified nano silicon nitride obtained with styrene-ethylene butylene polymer, chlorinated butyl rubber, calcium sulfate whisker, graphene oxide, stearic acid, nano zinc oxide, carbon black and anion additive to obtain the premix; (iii) mixing the premix obtained in the step (ii) with the anti-aging agent, vulcanization accelerator and sulfur, refining and pressing to obtain the sheet; and (iv) vulcanizing the sheet obtained in the step (iii).
