▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide-epoxy ceramic composite material involves modifying graphene oxide by nano-zinc oxide, so that carboxyl group on surface of graphene oxide is bonded to hydroxyl group on surface of nano-zinc oxide to obtain modified graphene oxide, preprocessing the obtained modified graphene oxide by an alcohol solution of 2-methylimidazole, forming the ZIF-8 film on the surface of the nano-zinc oxide by a hydrothermal reaction in a ZIF-8 film-forming solution to obtain a functional precursor, and preparing epoxy ceramic composite material by uniformly mixing the functional precursor, epoxy resin and curing agent. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide-epoxy ceramic composite material that is used for preventing corrosion of inner wall of pipeline (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared graphene oxide-epoxy ceramic composite material can prevent the corrosion of the inner wall of the pipeline caused by chemical reaction, electrochemical reaction and microbial reaction, has good corrosion resistance, cost-effective, and is favorable for popularization and use.
