NOVELTY - Preparing graphene power cable shielding layer involves using matrix resin, conductive filler, organic solvent, lubricant, antioxidant, crosslinking agent, where conductive filler is graphene and carbon black, organic solvent is xylene. The 100 parts of composite material, 84 parts of matrix resin, 6 parts of graphene and 10 parts of carbon black is mixed in matrix resin soluble and xylene at 60 degrees C to obtain solution A. The graphene is dispersed in xylene for 1 hour. The carbon black is added into solution B to obtain solution B. The solution B is ultrasonic and stirred uniformly to obtain liquid C. The solution C is added into solution A, stirred until solution uniformly to obtain liquid. The solution D is added into oven to dry to obtain composite material. The composite material cooled to room temperature. The material is added into extruder for extruding with cable core conductor. USE - Method for preparing graphene power cable shielding layer. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene power cable shielding layer that has good conductive effect, synergistic effect, better tensile and breaking strength, promotes formation of conductive path, satisfies requirement and mechanical requirements of the shielding layer conductivity, reduces the usage amount of the carbon black, and ensures smoothness and the extrusion property.
