NOVELTY - Preparing hydroxylated graphene reinforced epoxy adhesive, comprises (i) taking graphene powder in hydrogen peroxide,vanadium pentoxide, stirring in an aqueous solution of pH 3-5, performing ultrasound treatment to obtain hydroxylated graphene solution, washing, filtering and freeze-drying to obtain hydroxylated graphene powder, (ii) mixing hydroxylated graphene, epoxy resin, epoxy resin diluent, and epoxy toughener, and (iii) mixing epoxy accelerator, epoxy resin curing agent and uniformly hydroxylated graphene epoxy resin solution and curing for performance testing. USE - The method is useful for preparing hydroxylated graphene reinforced epoxy adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The hydroxylated graphene epoxy resin adhesive has bonding strength, close contact with metal parts, high thermal conductivity, improves thermal conductivity to 0.2 , and resistivity is 1014 Omega /cm, has good insulator, and has bonding parts generates heat.
