NOVELTY - The sensor has a substrate (1) provided with dielectric copper electrodes (2) and coated with an electroplated gold layer. The electroplated gold layer is attached to the substrate. A chemical layer (3) is made from a tertrafluoroetyleno-perfluoro-3 6-dioxa-4-methyl-polymer. An electrically conductive layer (4) is made from graphene and located on the chemical layer and a wiring (5). USE - Chemical sensor for detecting gases and vapors of organic substances.
