NOVELTY - Preparation of reduced graphene oxide/cuprous oxide nano-composite material, involves using natural flake graphite as raw material and subjecting to hummers process to obtain graphite oxide, dispersing graphite oxide in triethylene glycol and copper acetylacetonate, stirring the mixture and subjecting to reflux reaction for 20-40 minutes at 170-190 degrees C, carrying out cooling and centrifugation of the mixture, washing the mixture with deionized water and absolute ethanol, and drying the product in vacuum, to reduced graphene oxide/copper oxide nano-composite material. USE - Preparation of reduced graphene oxide/cuprous oxide nano-composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation process is simple and easy, and the response time short.
