NOVELTY - A graphene phenolic resin composite material is prepared by adding graphene oxide, hydrazine hydrate, and surfactant into reactor, stirring, reacting at 80-100 degrees C, cooling reaction solution at 60-80 degrees C, regulating pH to 1.5-4.5, adding phenol, reacting at 85-100 degrees C, and dehydrating. USE - Preparation of graphene phenolic resin composite material for preparation of bakelite powder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Process is simple and reduces operational complexity, and product has high impact property, low molding shrinkage, and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of bakelite powder which involves smashing graphene phenolic resin composite material, wood powder, filler, curing agent, and curing accelerating agent, mixing, plasticizing, and smashing.
