▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing nanosheet dispersion comprises reducing interlayer bonding strength by adding a two-dimensional material having a layered structure into solution containing an ionic material, forming a covalent bond on the surface by entering between the layers where the radicals are widened and generating a nanosheet dispersion in which two-dimensional nanosheets having a layered structure separated into at least one layer are dispersed with mutual repulsion due to radicals bonded to the surface. USE - The method is useful for producing nanosheet dispersion. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the yield problem, reduces the barrier to charge transfer by reducing the interlayer distance; maintains the dispersed phase of the ink made by the repulsive force of the nanosheet. The nanosheet dispersion has a large surface area, good yield, and more precise control of the interlayer spacing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nanosheet dispersion prepared by above method.
