▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Bio-organic fertilizer comprises modified organic fertilizer base material, microbial inoculants, and modified biochar, where the modified organic fertilizer base material is prepared by inactivating and modifying the mixed organic powder, plant ash, and livestock and poultry manure. USE - The fertilizer is used for killing and inactivating insect eggs and grass seeds. ADVANTAGE - The fertilizer modifies and inactivates organic fertilizer base material to inactivate and kill insect eggs and grass seeds, and to obtain the product containing low active insect eggs and grass seeds, which greatly reduces the possibility of weeds and insect pests after the use of organic fertilizer, and simultaneously reduces the number of microorganisms in it to reduce the impact on the subsequent inoculation of target microorganisms. The method modifies and inactivates organic fertilizer to improve the effect and performance of the base material, amd to provide conducive to subsequent maturity, enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation and propagation after inoculation. The fertilizer utilizes modified biochar having the characteristics of being loose and porous, high air and water permeability, large specific surface area, and strong adsorption and chelating ability, that accelerates the fermentation process, provides odorless fermentation process, and increases the organic matter content in the soil after producing the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Bio-organic fertilizer comprises modified organic fertilizer base material, microbial inoculants, and modified biochar, where the modified organic fertilizer base material is prepared by inactivating and modifying the mixed organic powder, plant ash, and livestock and poultry manure. The preparation method of the modified organic fertilizer base material includes (a) crushing organic powder, plant ash, livestock and poultry manure, uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain a mixed powder, and adding water to make the water content of the mixed powder 20-40%, (b) spreading the mixed powder after adding water, and performing electron beam radiation treatment, and controlling the electron beam radiation dose to 2-5 kGy, where the radiation time is 3-10 seconds, (c) performing ultrasonic steam treatment of the mixed powder after the above electron beam radiation treatment, (d) cooling the phosphoric acid mixed powder to normal temperature after the ultrasonic steam treatment and then mixing with phosphoric acid solution, (e) hydrolyzing the phosphoric acid mixed powder in contact with water vapor at 150-180 degrees C for 2 hours, entering the water vapor from below the phosphoric acid mixed powder, and discharging from the upper portion, (f) mixing the hydrolyzed phosphoric acid mixed powder and potassium hydroxide solution and soaking at room temperature for 4 hours, (g) drying the immersed mixed powder to a state without free water, and (h) modifying the mixed powder after drying in a nitrogen atmosphere, modifying at 400 degrees C for 30 minutes, and modifying at 700 degrees C for 1 hour to obtain a solid modified organic fertilizer base material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the bio-organic fertilizer, involving (a2) mixing the modified organic fertilizer base material and the modified biochar, adjusting the moisture content to 60-65%, stacking and fermenting for 15 days to obtain the primary fermentation product, (b2) crushing the primary fermentation product, sieving, adjusting the moisture content to 50-55%, continuously fermenting for 7-10 days, and then air-drying until the moisture content is less than 30% to obtain the secondary fermentation product, (c2) inoculating the microbial inoculants into the secondary fermentation product at a volume-to-mass ratio of 60-80 l/ton, adjusting the moisture content to 55%, propogating in solid state, and then performing air-drying until the moisture content of the material is less than 25%, (d2) sequentially granulating the air-dried materials of the extruded seeds, shaping and molding to form molded material particles, and (e2) sending the molded material particles into the coating machine, and adding the coating agent for mixing and coating, bagging and packaging to obtain the bio-organic fertilizer.
