▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite lubricating coating comprises a transition layer, which is used to combine the raceway surface of the linear guide pair with the base material of the linear guide pair. The transition layer comprises nickel-chromium-aluminum-yttrium alloy, graphene, Fe60 iron-based alloy and metallic copper. The damping layer is arranged on the surface of the transition layer, and the damping layer includes Fe-16Mn-0.6C high manganese steel, Ni60 nickel-based alloy, aluminum oxide, carbon nanotubes, graphene, nickel-titanium alloy, metal chromium and titanium nitride. A wear-resistant self-lubricating layer is arranged on the surface of the damping layer away from the transition layer. The wear-resistant self-lubricating layer includes Ni60 nickel-based alloy, metal chromium, titanium nitride, hexagonal boron nitride, tungsten disulfide, carbon nanotubes and graphene. USE - Composite lubricating coating for linear guide rail pair used in industrial production. ADVANTAGE - The composite lubricating coating has excellent performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a linear guide rail pair. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the composite lubricating coating. 1Composite lubricating coating 11Transition layer 12Damping layer 13Wearable self-lubricating layer
