NOVELTY - Spiro ring material loaded nano metal oxide compound comprises 10-15 pts. wt. spiro ring material, 1-3 pts. wt. silver oxide nanoparticles, 1-3 pts. wt. titanium dioxide nanoparticles, 1-4 pts. wt. nickel oxide nanoparticles, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 8-18 pts. wt. chitosan, 15-20 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose, 24-38 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, and 1-9 pts. wt. aluminum oxide. USE - The metal oxide compound is useful for detecting cholesterol (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The metal oxide compound: has good peroxidase catalytic activity, and more active sites for the enzyme; and can reduces usage of cholesterol oxidase; and can prepares the biosensor having stable performance and a detection limit of 0.358 mu M.
