▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing graphene comprises: contacting a carbon source substance with a surface of a flexible film-forming target having electrical conductivity; and applying a current to the film-forming target and heating the film-forming target at a temperature exceeding a graphene production temperature to produce graphene from the carbon source substance on the surface of the film-forming target. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene (claimed), which is used as electronic materials and electrode materials. ADVANTAGE - The method provides the graphene with high energy efficiency at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene production apparatus (200) comprising: a chamber (201); a first current terminal (202) disposed within the chamber and contacted with a flexible film-forming target having electrical conductivity; a second current terminal (203) disposed apart from the first current terminal within the chamber, and contacted with the film-forming target; and a power source (204) configured to apply a current between the first current terminal and the second current terminal, and heat the film-forming target.
