▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of cement-based conductive composite material based on graphene particles comprises (i) placing cement whole bag into the production device, automatically cutting the bag in the closed environment, and automatically discharging the cement; (ii) crushing and grinding the cement, removing large block of cement, and then realizing feeding; (iii) automatically mechanically discharging bag; (iv) after the cement in the cement bag is put in clean, discharging a bag body to the other sealing cavity for washing, cleaning the redundant cement on the bag body, and recycling the portion of cement; and (v) after finishing cement feeding, adding quantitative water to stir, after fully stirring, repeating step one into the bagged graphene particles, fully stirring the graphene particles into cement, discharge and using. USE - The method is useful for production of cement-based conductive composite material based on graphene particles used in graphene processing field and graphene-cement-based composite material e.g. graphene-ceramic material, graphene-electro-mechanical system (GEMS) material, and graphene-semiconductor material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and fast, the operation is convenient to use, and can avoid a lot of cement dust diffuse, and two sides of the discharging frame can be automatically unfolded when the whole cement falls or pushes the cement bag.
