▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An oxidation graphene-reinforced polyvinyl chloride/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (PVC)/(ABS) composite material comprises PVC, ABS resin and modified graphene oxide treated by coupling agent. The PVC/ABS is taken as matrix for composite pipes and graphene oxide as reinforcing agent. USE - Oxidized graphene-reinforced PVC/ABS composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has uniformly dispersed graphene oxide in polymer matrix, which extremely improves tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength of composite pipe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the oxidation graphene-reinforced PVC/ABS composite material comprising adding concentrated sulfuric acid into reaction kettle, setting temperature at 0-3 degrees C while stirring, adding graphite powder and sodium nitrate solid mixture, adding potassium permanganate, reacting at 10-20 degrees C for 45-60 minutes, heating up to 30-40 degrees C, continuously reacting for 25-45 minutes, adding deionized water, continuously stirring for 15-30 minutes, adding 30-35% hydrogen peroxide solution, reacting for 10-20 minutes, discharging until reaction solution becomes bright yellow, filtering reaction liquid, washing and drying to obtain graphene oxide; mixing graphene oxide with coupling agent in continuous powder surface modifying machine, carrying out surface modification of graphene oxide, high-speed stirring at 1000-1500 revolutions/minute for 20 minute, discharging, mixing surface-modified graphene oxide with PVC, ABS and auxiliary agent in high speed mixer, stirring at 800-1200 revolutions/minute at 70-110 degrees C for 20 minutes, stirring for 10 minutes, cooling and discharging; feeding mixed material to double-screw extruder hopper, stirring at 15-30 revolutions/minute at 170-200 degrees C, vacuum sizing, spray cooling molding and cutting to obtain composite material.
