▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of high strength and high modulus polyvinyl alcohol-graphene quantum dots (PVAGQD) composite fiber comprises dissolving 10-15 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), 0.01-1 pts. wt. graphene quantum dots (GQD) and 0.01-1 pts. wt. dispersant in 83-89.98 pts. wt. water, stirring and dispersing to get PVAGQD solution; wet spinning PVAGQD solution as raw material in ordinary wet spinning machine to get PVAGQD nascent fiber; and hot stretching in multi-stage hot stretching machine and heating. USE - Method for preparing PVAGQD composite fiber (claimed) used for automobile seat belts, packaging materials and clothing. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple in short period of time at low cost for large scale production. The fiber has excellent mechanical properties.
