NOVELTY - An LED lamp heat absorbing flake-form aluminum oxide porous ceramic comprises 34-36 pts. wt. alpha -aluminum oxide having particle diameter of 2-8 mu m, 100-105 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. sodium polyacrylate, 2-2.3 pts. wt. methyl cellulose, 1.6-1.8 pts. wt. glycerin, 3-4 pts. wt. oxidized graphene, 2-3 pts. wt. titanium dioxide nanotube, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. yttrium oxide, 4-5 pts. wt. nano aluminum hydroxide, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. nano copper, and 0.9-1.1 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol binder. USE - An LED lamp heat absorbing flake-form aluminum oxide porous ceramic. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic has improved toughness, thermal conductivity and heat resistant effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method of preparing an LED lamp heat absorbing flake-form aluminum oxide porous ceramic comprising mixing alpha -aluminum oxide, deionized water and sodium polyacrylate obtain suspension; ball-milling for 5-5.5 hours; adding oxidized graphite, titanium dioxide and yttrium oxide; mixing; adding polyvinyl alcohol binder; mixing; adding nano aluminum hydroxide; ball-milling for 0.5-1 hours; setting aside for 40-60 minutes to obtain slurry; adding methyl cellulose and glycerol; continuous ball grinding for 20-22 hours; adding remaining raw materials; continuous ball-milling for 2-2.5 hours; vacuum defoaming for 5-6 minutes to obtain ceramic slurry; pre-freezing obtained slurry at - 45 degrees C; casting while controlling scraper gap at 1 mm; crystallizing; repeating to form multi-layer material having each layer thickness of 1 mm; drying at room temperature; sintering at 1600-1650 degrees C for 23-24 hours; cooling to room temperature; keeping temperature for 2-2.5 hours; and storing.
