NOVELTY - Swelled graphene preparation device comprises magnetron (1), an air outlet (2), a cavity (3), a tray (4), a natural blocky graphite (5),an outer cavity, a fan, an air inlet, a thermistor and a cavity. The inner cavity is fixed on the cavity inner portion. The upper board is a groove for telescopic plate. The magnetron is installed between the tray and the cavity. The thermal resistor is fixedly mounted on the surface of the tray. The fan is installed in the epidural space. The fan blade is metal material. The air inlet hole andthe air outlet hole are located at the right upper end and the left lower portion. USE - Swelled graphene preparation device. ADVANTAGE - Swelled graphene preparation device destroys the ordered crystal structure of the graphite and forms graphene with a small number of layers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing swelled graphene, which involves: (A) placing natural massive graphite in a tray; (B) opening an air inlet hole and an air outlet hole; (C) introducing argon gas into the air inlet hole, when the furnace chamber is filled with argon gas, it is closed; (D) emitting microwaves uniformly from the vent and and simultaneously use the rotating metal fan located directly above the tray to make the microwave uniformly diverge around; (E) causing thermal movement of the internal molecules of the graphite, so that the graphite rapidly heats up, the gas between the graphite layer and the layer is thermally expanded; (F) separating inner and outer chambers; and (G) collecting obtained graphene.
