NOVELTY - Fire-retardant and aging-resistant wood-plastic composite material comprises 20-60 pts. wt. thermoplastic, 5-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 2-10 pts. wt. rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. polymethyl methacrylate, 20-60 pts. wt. plant fiber, 5-40 pts. wt. flame retardant, 5-20 pts. wt. strengthening agent, 3-8 pts. wt. coupling agent, and 2-15 pts. wt. anti-aging additive. USE - Fire-retardant and aging-resistant wood-plastic composite material used in the field of building, decoration and packaging, and industrial production. ADVANTAGE - The fire-retardant and aging-resistant wood-plastic composite material is easy to prepare and cost-effective, has the double effects of aging resistance and inflaming retarding, short processing time, no halogen, no harm to the environment and human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a flame-retardant and aging-resistant wood-plastic composite material, which involves: a. mixing plant fibers, flame retardants, reinforcing agents and coupling agents for 15-30 minutes at a rotating speed of 500-1000r/minutes to obtain a modified mixture; b. extruding and granulating thermoplastics, epoxy resins, rubbers, polymethyl methacrylate and anti-aging additives at 140-150℃; and c. mixing modified mixture and the material at 110-150℃, and then extruding at 150-170℃ to obtain product.
