The dispersing agent comprises graphene oxide aqueous solution and aqueous polyacrylic acid emulsion. The dielectric film includes a flexible polydimethyl siloxane film and a polyvinylalcohol film. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite film material is useful for wave-absorbing material in the actual application needs to be present in a specific form.
