NOVELTY - Preparing porous polyurethane film containing graphene comprises e.g. (i) adding polyurethane in solvent, stirring, dissolving completely to obtain polyurethane solution, adding sodium hydroxide solution, and nano graphite solution, stirring, adding pore-forming agent and stirring to obtain suspension, (ii) placing suspension liquid in 0.06-0.08 MPa at room temperature and vacuum de-foaming, (iii) pouring suspension of de-foaming into mold and casting to obtain coating film, (iv) placing coating film in anhydrous ethanol, performing phase separation, solidifying and molding. USE - The film is useful for preparing artificial skin for treating human and other mammalian skin defects (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has good permeability, high water absorption rate, excellent mechanical property and good biological compatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing porous polyurethane film containing graphene comprises (i) adding polyurethane in solvent, stirring at 20-70 degrees C, dissolving completely to obtain 150 ml 50-200 g/l polyurethane solution, adding 0.001-25 mg/ml sodium hydroxide solution, and 50 ml nano graphite solution, stirring for 2 hours, adding 0-750 g pore-forming agent having grain diameter of 20-250 mu m, and stirring to obtain suspension, (ii) placing the suspension liquid in 0.06-0.08 MPa at room temperature, and vacuum de-foaming for 10-60 minutes, (iii) pouring suspension of the de-foaming into mold, and casting to obtain coating film, where the thickness of the coating film is 0.5-4 mm, (iv) placing the coating film in anhydrous ethanol at 20-50 degrees C, performing phase separation, solidifying and molding, (v) adding deionized water into film, curing at 5-95 degrees C for 72 hours and filtering to remove the pore-forming agent, and (vi) drying the porous polyurethane film to obtain the film.
