NOVELTY - A router shell material comprises 30-45 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol terephthalate, 15-25 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 8-13 pts. wt. thermoplastic styrene butadiene rubber, 6-17 pts. wt. polypropylene, 3-5 pts. wt. glass fiber, 1-2 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-4 pts. wt. flexibilizer, 2-3 pts. wt. fire retardant, and 1-4 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - Router shell material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good heat conductivity and good mechanical property, has good self-cleaning performance, and is convenient to wash. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the router shell material which comprises providing raw materials comprising polyethylene glycol terephthalate, polycarbonate, thermoplastic styrene butadiene rubber, polypropylene, fiber glass, nanotitanium dioxide and graphene oxide, toughener, flame retardant, dispersing agent; mixing polyethylene glycol terephthalate, polycarbonate, thermoplastic styrene butadiene rubber, and polypropylene in the mixer, blending and processing; and adding rest raw materials to obtained blend, continuously mixing, extrusion processing with double-screw extruder, and granulating treatment.
