NOVELTY - Nylon composite material comprises 146 pts. wt. adipic acid, 116 pts. wt. hexamethylene diamine, 10-30 pts. wt. graphene loaded iron-nickel alloy, 2-8 pts. wt. double-grafted ethylene-octene copolymer, 0.2-2 pts. wt. benzoic acid, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. main antioxidant, and 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. auxiliary antioxidant. The double-grafted ethylene-octylene copolymer is prepared by amino-containing polar oligomer, ethylene-octylene copolymer grafted maleic anhydride and modified graphene oxide. The amino-containing polar oligomer is prepared by reacting hexamethylenediamine and epichlorohydrin. The modified graphene oxide is prepared by organic modification of graphene oxide via 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride. USE - The nylon composite material is useful for television, LED display screen, sound box, microwave oven, and mobile phone. ADVANTAGE - The nylon composite material has excellent mechanical property and wave absorbing performance, and ensures that the electromagnetic wave leakage can be reduced below the national sanitation safety value, realizing the health of human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nylon composite material, comprising (i) adding adipic acid and hexamethylenediamine into stirring type polymerization reactor, adding graphene loaded iron-nickel alloy, double-grafted ethylene-octylene copolymer, benzoic acid, main antioxidant, auxiliary antioxidant and water, vacuumizing for 3-7 minutes, introducing nitrogen for 3-7 minutes, circulating for 4-8 times, and controlling reactor pressure to 0.1-0.4 MPa; (j) sealing and heating the reactor to 80-100degrees Celsius for 0.5-1.5 hours for salt forming reaction at stirring speed of 30-50 revolutions/minute, sealing and heating to 265-275degrees Celsius, when the temperature of the reactor reaches to 220degrees Celsius s centigrade, deflating to 1.8 MPa, keeping the pressure at 1.8 MPa, reacting for 1-3 hours, deflating to atmospheric pressure, continuously reacting for 1-3 hours, continuously vacuumizing at constant temperature for 0.5-1.5 hours, and supplementing nitrogen when discharging.
