▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene high-temperature heating aluminum plate comprises (a) adding graphene to absolute ethanol for dispersing ultrasonically, adding solvent and adhesive and then placing in frequency conversion disperser for performing dispersion treatment to obtain graphene ink, (b) subjecting substrate aluminum plate into micro-arc oxidation treatment for generating aluminum oxide film on surface of substrate aluminum plate, and encapsulating the aluminum oxide film with insulating materials, (c) installing the electrode on the base aluminum plate after the pretreatment of step two, attaching the electrode to the processed substrate aluminum plate, pressing and drying for tightly fixing the electrode on substrate aluminum plate, and (d) printing graphene ink with a thickness of 1-2 mm on the substrate aluminum plate, performing annealing, and then encapsulating the graphene surface using insulating material to obtain graphene high-temperature heating aluminum plate. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene high-temperature heating aluminum plate. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes graphene as the conductive ink, which increases the heating temperature of the electric heating plate and makes the heating more uniform; has faster heating speed; reduces power consumption while improving thermal conversion efficiency; and performs micro-arc oxidation treatment on the substrate aluminum plate to form aluminum oxide film on the surface, which greatly improves the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, pressure insulation and high temperature resistance of the substrate surface.
