▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A bovine serum albumin immobilization method involves pumping dopamine and oxidized graphene mixed solution into a micro-fluidic chip separation channel by using a vacuum pump such that the dopamine fixes the oxidized graphene to a surface of the separation channel to form a poly-dopamine/oxidized graphene film in a self-polymerization manner. The bovine serum albumin is combined with the surface of graphene film under the action of hydrogen bond and hydrophobicity to obtain a poly-dopamine/oxidized graphene/ bovine serum albumin functionalized micro-fluidic chip channel. USE - Method for immobilizing bovine serum albumin. ADVANTAGE - The method enables enhancing loading capacity of bovine serum albumin in the micro-fluidic chip separation channel, maintaining biological activity of the bovine serum albumin and providing universal platform for high-efficiency separation of an amino acid antipode and a dipeptide antipode. The bovine serum albumin immobilized using the method has high stability, biocompatibility and hydrophilicity.
