▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A composite hydrogel scaffold comprises graphene oxide modified by hydroxybutyl chitosan and polyethylene glycol combined with each other. The composite hydrogel scaffold is further loaded with small molecules of medicine. USE - Composite hydrogel scaffold used for forming functional product for repairing nerve damage (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite hydrogel scaffold can promote the adhesion and differentiation of neural stem cells, and/or, and can rapidly realize the solution-gel phase transition process under the condition of 37°C. The composite hydrogel scaffold has high safety, excellent biocompatibility, no cytotoxicity and is prepared by simple preparation method and can perform in-situ injection at the nerve injury part after injecting it in situ to the damaged part, avoid the traumatic injury and chemical cross-linking agent of surgery, the photoinitiator residue at the damaged portion, and has higher drug-carrying capacity, and is capable of efficiently loading small drug molecule, and realizing control slow release neurotrophic factor 3, to effectively control NSC function, thereby inducing NSC to the neuron differentiation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite hydrogel scaffold.
